Honoring and dignifying the profound experience of our
human–animal connections

Chaplaincy is a form of spiritual and emotional support that meets people where they are—regardless of religious beliefs or backgrounds. At its heart, chaplaincy is about presence, compassion, and connection.
As an Animal Chaplain, I am dedicated to honoring the sacred bond between humans and animals.
My work is currently centered on two things that recognizes and honors the profound connection we share with animals:
Grief Support for Animal Death/Health Issues
Modern society often fails to make space for the profound grief we experience when we lose a beloved animal. The bond we share with them is real, deep, and sacred—it deserves to be recognized, honored, and grieved with care and intention.
Too often, this loss is met with silence or minimization, leaving us feeling confused, empty, and isolated. But anyone who has loved and lost an animal knows the truth: this relationship is powerful and transformative. It is a source of healing, joy, and deep connection—and it deserves to be acknowledged with dignity.
My approach is grounded in compassion, non-judgment, and a sense of the sacred in all life. I also advocate for animal welfare and help people integrate and honor their love for animals into their view of the world and life.
I offer spiritual support for unexpected health issues, and caring for, and death of elderly animals of all species.
Relaxing with Animals
I offer guidance in learning how to relax with your animal companions—or with animals in general. In our modern lives, we are often pulled away from the earthy, grounded presence that is always available to us. Spending intentional time relaxing and being present with our animals not only nourishes our own well-being, but also deepens the bond we share with them.
When an animal shows difficult behaviors, it is often their way of trying to communicate a need. To truly respond, we must first be able to slow down, listen, and connect. Relaxation creates the pathways of safety that our animals rely on us to provide. From that place of calm, we can better understand their needs and offer the support they long for.
Relaxing with animals opens channels of peace and communication. It helps us rediscover the richness of our relationship with them, reminding us that presence and gentle attention are the foundation of trust. By learning to relax together, we create a safe space where connection, understanding, and love can flourish.
