What is Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is an ongoing conversation centered on your relationship with Sacred Inner Wisdom we all have.

Rather than offering advice or telling you what to believe, a spiritual director listens with curiosity and care, helping you notice where meaning, grace, wisdom, and transformation are already be present in your life.

Together, we'll make space for silence, reflection, discernment, and honest conversation as you seek to understand your own Inner Knowing, and Sacred path from within.
